I am constant learner. I find the teachers and ideas that facilitate healing and transformation. I will not list all of the courses I have taken but will focus on the ones that are most pertinent here.
I received my MSW at Wurzweiller School of Social Work (a part of Yeshiva University). In 1991 I graduated The National Psychological Association For Psychoanalysis (an 8 year program) and received my Certification. In the following years I studied Gestalt, Jungian Therapy, Object Relations, Self Psychology, Mind/Body/Spirit Integration, Multicultural Wisdom & Myths, Creative Arts Expression, Religion and Meditation. (I have been meditating for decades). I have studied extensively with the following renowned teachers.
*Dr. Nathan Schwartz-Salant: Jungian Analyst and author of numerous books including “Mythology & Clinical Practice.”
*Dr. Mike Eigen: Psychoanalyst and author of numerous books including “Healing, Rebirth & The Work of Michael Eigen” & “The Psychoanalytic Mystic.”
*Dr. Art Robbins: Created the Institute For Expressive Analysis and author of a variety books on healing and the creative arts including “Artist As Therapist.”
*Elaine Rapp ATR: Art Therapist, Gestalt Therapist, Instructor at Pratt Institute, Author of “Gestalt Therapy In Groups,” Taught classes and workshops internationally in Stone Carving.
